Make It or Break It Rules
1.
Your song must be an original composition and performance with no copyright infringement.
2.
Your song must be CLEAN with no foul language and no explicit lyrics including anything to do with drugs or violence. Your song must arrive READY TO AIR and compete in the "Make It or Break It" competition.
3.
Audio quality is a must for radio airplay. If you email your song, it must be in .MP3 format with a bitrate of at least 256 kbps. Don't know what that means? Click here for info.
4.
There is no guarantee your song will be chosen for airplay on "Make It or Break It" but every song is considered by each of the Heat DJs and Air Personalities.
5.
You WILL be notified in advance if your song is chosen to receive airplay on "Make It or Break It." We will NOT give notice of a song not chosen for airplay. Please do not call or email us about the status of your song.
6.
You may enter as many songs as you wish but it is only necessary to enter any song, once.
